**Responsibilities**
**Global product launches**
+ Coordination with partners across the organization, from marketing to buying to Site Operations. Support local markets with locally relevant assets and content.
+ Orchestrate and deliver to all levels of DDS the full online customer journey plan, including storytelling, managing the funnel, and optimizing the experience across all owned and operated pages on all platforms.
+ Deliver rich and detailed launch communications ensuring flawless execution across the entire DDS organization.
+ Deliver post-launch scorecard, post-mortems, and Correction of Errors: Review of highlights/lowlights, identification of issue root causes, solution implementation and plans to improve.
+ Own launch communication with DDS Leadership team on risks to launch as well as precise tic-toc of launch motions leading into go-live.
**Innovations that increase conversion**
+ Voice of authority on customer experiences, including strategic vision, best practices, identification of areas for improvement
+ Support of innovation programs, features, and experience to improve the customer experience.
+ Collaboration with UX design and engineering teams in building requirements to enable great customer experiences across all platforms and in partnership with key stakeholders outside of DDS. This includes needed new features in templates, navigational elements, wayfinding, etc.
+ Knowledge of product performance, strategic alignment with buyers, consultant on global promotions where appropriate.
**Product marketing online expertise and guidance**
+ Ongoing coordination with internal marketing teams building and maintaining primary relationships as the recognized Microsoft Store Launch Leader with PMG Marketing.
+ Create feedback loop with global field teams including regular communication on product performance and new opportunities ensuring they are supported in their own management of their business.
+ Ensure Store value proposition are supported online and brought to life.
+ Direct the activities of a core group of Global Launch Project Management vendors, providing guidance and direction, and is accountable for quality of their work.
+ Project management over a variety of tasks with varying deadlines and priorities. Knows how to manage time and get things done in a fast-paced sometimes ambiguous environment.
+ Ability to tell stories that are compelling to customers via product and merchandising messaging and assets, all while remaining true to the Microsoft brand and accessibility excellence. This includes partnering with other teams to create seamless journeys across partner sites, email, social, etc.
+ Build effective cross-sell and up-sell experiences across all platforms through the complete customer journey, all the way through purchase, to ensure customers have the complete solutions they need.
+ Ensure site, promotions, etc. are working properly, and activating the right escalations to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner during time of launch and hypercare period post go-live.
**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ 3+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 2+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles
+ OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles
+ Experience in post-launch analysis, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions
+ Experience driving innovations that enhance customer experiences and conversions
+ Experience in project management skills, managing diverse tasks in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to ongoing updates
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ 5+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles
+ OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles
+ 3+ years experience in go to market (GTM), marketing strategy, business planning, or similar roles
+ 3+ years experience in integrated, digital or product marketing management
+ 2+ years project/vendor management experience
+ 1+ year(s) experience in go to market (GTM), marketing strategy, business planning, or similar roles.
+ 1+ year(s) experience in integrated, digital or product marketing management

eCommerce IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $108,900 - $183,000 per year.
