Global Product Launch Manager, Pixel Wearables
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory. Preferred qualifications: + 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting. + 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment. + Experience leading large complex cross-functional teams across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Go-to-Market (GTM). + Experience working with supply chain or operations program management or similar GTM program management. + Experience launching consumer hardware or infrastructure products across international markets. + Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams and perform in a fast-paced, global, intellectually intense, consumer-oriented environment. The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. As Global Product Launch Manager, you will manage the lifecycle of our watch and headphone launches, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will be responsible for the coordination of product launch requirements and identify, develop, define, and document all milestones and deliverables globally. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Sales and Supply Chain teams to launch our products globally, ensuring each region can successfully launch. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
