Job Description SummaryThe Global Product Manager is responsible to maintain and expand a portfolio of Clinical Consumables (NIBP cuffs & tubes, Maternal Infant Care, ECG paper & electrodes, and Temperature) and commercial offerings with the right quality and cost in order to maximize revenue growth globally. The role spans the definition of products & solutions from inception to commercial launch, with the realization of the business cases & monitoring of their performance & quality throughout the full life cycle. It includes regular customer interactions across global markets.

Essential Responsibilities

Deliver new product introductions that improve clinical workflow, global market share, contribution margin, and product qualityDrive cross functional engagement and deliver measurable business results through product solutions that meet both market needs and organizational goals.Own product definitions, corresponding business case development, the new product/solutions road map, & life-cycle management of the product line.Provide input to the Patient Care Solutions patient monitor and therapy device road mapsOwn financial performance of the product portfolio. Determine product profitability, growth rates, gaps to target, & pipeline health.Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements & the commercial change process.Build competitive cost model based on market information & supply chain costs.Manages all aspects of the product(s) life cycle starting with the detailed planning phase (in development) until the product is terminated. Define Product Models & Structures. Identify Offerings Items & Structures.Develop& motivate others on strategies and operating mechanisms to deliver business results.

Qualifications required

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related fieldMinimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, product management, product development, or related fieldTeam oriented and inclusive: ability to work well with diverse, global and cross-functional teamsAbility to travel independently up to 20% of the time (both domestic and international)Willingness to consistently work flexible hours to accommodate needs of global customers and colleagues

Qualifications desired

MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field8+ years of experience in marketing, product management or related fieldDemonstrated product management or marketing expertise in market and customer insights, product commercialization, branding, new product introduction process, product roadmap development, product life-cycle management, and pricing.International experience in marketing, product marketing or related fieldLeadership skills: engages others to deliver resultsDemonstrated ability to influence cross-functional team members as well as business leadership, and drive market-based decision makingHealthcare industry & information technology acumenPrevious experience managing a global brandInnovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideasCreative problem solver and solution developer when presented with competing business priorities. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $138,720.00-$208,080.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
