Your tasks
In the business division Special Original Equipment, you are responsible for the global program management of electrical & electronical components for on- and off-highway customers.
• You maintain and optimize an existing global portfolio of electric components including product lifecycle management (e.g., obsolescence, enhancements, and cost reductions).
• You are the primary point of contact for customers regarding technical inquiries and product-related issues, managing the support of internal and external resources.
• You monitor the financial performance of your product portfolio, including sales and gross margins
• You identify potentials to improve profitability while maintaining competitive pricing and high product quality.
• You develop and implement short- and long-term product strategies to drive business growth and expand market share including marketing campaigns
• You identify and assess potential risks related to product performance, customer satisfaction, and financial targets.
• You address issues related to product quality, supply chain or customer dissatisfaction by working with relevant teams to find effective solutions Skills & Qualifications:
You have a degree in engineering or related areas.
Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role in the automotive industry Distinctive experience in international project business and good knowledge of development processes in the automotive industry.
You are highly committed and have a proactive attitude. Furthermore, you are a motivated team player skilled in communication and organization with a methodical and analytic mindset and show an independent way of working. You maintain and optimize an existing global portfolio of electric components including product lifecycle management (e.g., obsolescence, enhancements, and cost reductions).
