Position Overview:

The Global Product Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for defining the strategic direction and developing comprehensive product roadmaps for both new and existing products. This role is essential in driving the company's growth and profitability objectives through product rationalization and innovative new product design.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a clear product strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals. Translate product strategy into prioritized development plans for both new products and maintenance or obsolescence of existing lines.Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps that outline the vision, strategy, and timeline for product development and launch. Ensure these roadmaps are communicated effectively across the organization with internal/external stakeholder buy-in.Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch performance analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure alignment on project priorities and seamless execution. Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and ensure the product meets market demands and customer expectations.Innovation and Improvement: Utilize Voice of the Customer (VoC) to drive innovation by identifying new product opportunities and enhancements to existing products that will solve a meaningful problem for the customer.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use this data to inform product development and positioning strategies.Travel: Up to 30% of the time globally, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate both business needs and personal commitments.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.5+ years of proven experience in product management, preferably in a global or multi-national context.Experienced at gathering Voice of Customer and customer insights.Strong understanding of product financial analysisStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $110,000 USD per year.
