About the role:
The Global Product Manager assists with building and executing product marketing plans and tactics to profitably grow a responsible product group. This position is responsible for working together with the Global Business Unit Director on developing and implementing the product line strategy and annual business plans, delivering above market average growth for the product line within Videojet, and contributing to the global market strategy and product development plan.
This position is part of the Global Business Unit Management department. This position will partner with Business Unit Director throughout the complete lifetime of the Product Line, from pre-launch until obsolescence.

In this role, you will:
Own and drive specific actions from the Global Product Growth Bridge through the regions to drive key initiatives, including revenue and unit placements.Use data driven information and customer insights to help develop product strategies and specifications.Analyze business, market, and competitive issues at the Product Line/Segment level to identify developing problems and implement appropriate counter measures to resolve any issuesOversee the maintenance of line (MOL) prioritization and allocation processes as required for the product lineCapture, analyze, and present competitor and market data (product analysis, trends, pricing, segment, news, implications to regional value maps); provide recommendations and action plan for competitive responses. Develop, optimize and maintain global tools to enable our commercial teams.Recommend product improvement and additions to existing product lines based on knowledge of problem resolution and customer requests.Are you qualified?

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $110000 - $160000 USD per year.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
