Global Product Manager Content & Asset Management
As a Global Product Manager in Digital Strategy and Product Group, you will lead the management and enhancement of our enterprise Content Management System (eCMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Product Information Management (PIM) systems to create a state-of-the-art product content and information platform, as enabler for our regional e-commerce merchandising and marketing teams.
This role will focus on creating innovative, standardized, scalable and potentially personalizable product- and content capabilities for our internal business users and our consumers. This will drive critical KPIs for our ecommerce business: engagement, conversion, revenue, and retention.
How you will help us:
Based in our Hoofddorp office and reporting to the Manager - Product Design, as part of the role you will be responsible for:
Subject Matter Expert in CMS and Asset Management: Serve as the subject matter expert for our CMS (Contentstack), DAM (Dynamic Media), and PIM (Salsify) systems, driving the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for these tools.
Content Layout Definition and Creation: Collaborate with UX/UI designers, peer product managers and internal stakeholders to design and implement limited- but scalable content layout options that enhance the visual storytelling and customer engagement on ASICS.com, our mobile apps, and other digital shoppable experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely within digital product, marketing, engineering, and creative teams to ensure alignment on goals and priorities,
Digital Product Data Management: Oversee the integration and management of digital assets and product information, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across all platforms.
User Experience Optimization: Analyze user feedback and content performance data to continually refine content layouts and improve the overall user experience in coordination with the Design and Consumer Insights teams.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization to align on priorities which generates business value or secure business continuity, provide updates related to your scope, drive adoption and collectively maximize the value of your digital products.
Platform Adoption and Expansion: In addition to the shoppable experiences for ASICS, this role will work with a globally focused team to migrate current local channels to your enterprise content management solution, unifying content management and publication to a single solution. Additionally, this role will support other digital product managers focused on personalization and channel expansion.

What we are looking for: / Does this sound like you?
Product Management experience in global organisation: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the digital and e-commerce industry, working in globally operation organizations, particularly in multicultural virtual teams.
Product execution and delivery: Experience driving product execution and delivery on cross-functional projects involving business, design, and technology teams.
Experience in CMS platforms: You have a strong understanding of content management platforms and related strategy.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies: Experience in working with agile scrum teams and iterative realization and validation of a set strategic direction.
Great interpersonal skills. You are an effective communicator who priorities building good relationships with senior stakeholders.
