The Global Product Manager Lab resins within Discovery & Medical for Cytiva is responsible for leading cross-functional teams on the journey to successfully launch new products by developing selling propositions, pricing tactics, customer support, business plans, and sales support. You will be responsible for developing a multi-year product roadmap, plan for future positioning, growth, and evolution of product including price, margin, and discontinuations. What you will do + Drive and define next generation products for high-throughput purification in close collaboration with R&D + Responsible for pricing, marketing and customers related activities + Manage a Lab chromatography resin portfolio focused on purification of bio-molecules. Mainly focused on small scale purification addressing Lab scale purification in basic research, drug discovery and process development + Develop and deliver frequent product trainings for sales representatives with key messaging, liaised with internal and external stakeholders and key accounts, conduct customer visits and deliver external presentations + Collaborate with regional marketing and use market research to ensure voice of customer and market is incorporated into global portfolio strategy and identifying industry trends and customer requirements Who you are + B.Sc. or higher in a Science or Business area of biologic molecules + Previous experience with Product Management, with ability to work with key stakeholders at different levels + Previous experience from the Life Science industry and protein research area (preferably lab chromatography and/or drug discovery) + Ability to travel world-wide app. 10% of the time + Fluent in English (writing as well as verbal communication) + Valid Swedish work permit It would be a plus if you also possess previous knowledge and experience in + Methodologies for Purification within drug discovery, including high throughput techniques + Commercial and Marketing experience + Experience working in a global matrix environment + Presentation skills and working collaboratively within teams would be considered an asset + Flexibility, ability and willingness to adapt to new situations on short notice at times + Ability to interact with both experts and generalists in the; Scientific, Marketing, Manufacturing and Commercial spa Does this sound interesting?
