Global Product Manager - Source-to-Pay
WHAT YOU'LL DO

As part of source to pay transformation products team, you will partner closely with Procurement, Finance and business stakeholders to elicit functional and non-functional requirements, perform gap analysis and feasibility checks, drive solutioning workshops, configure changes in platform and lead product demos with markets.

You will manage the product in agile methodology and lead the product backlog and roadmap.


YOU'RE GOOD AT
Applying Agile product delivery methodologies and principles to manage source to pay products roadmap Partnering with stakeholders to identify product enhancement opportunities for backlog Senior stakeholder management and leading global project/program independently Lead the product demo for diverse set of functions/markets and drive the functional fit-gap for live modules Agile based product management including backlog management, product roadmap, how to write user stories, prioritization, running team ceremonies etc. Subject matter expert of Coupa as a product and partner with products team (squad) to translate business requirements into clear user stories, solution design, application configuration, process updates, testing and release management strategy creation. Analytics and can easily generates good, formatted reports from excel, Power BI/ Alteryx, Tableau, other analytics tool and efficient in developing PowerPoints as per BCG standards. Working with multicultural distributed team located in different time zones and have the capacity to work on multiple projects concurrently. Manage common Coupa Admin tasks, Configure Content Groups, Enterprise, Company Codes, Chart of Accounts, approval chains, PO Customizations, Tax codes, PO Transmission methods, understand requirements around requisitions, POs, Invoices and configure workflow, receipts, and tolerances, Deploy best Coupa practices Applies systems solutions to business/technical problems through customer interactions, design, debugging, testing, and integration/implementation of automated information technology systems and components Work with developers from vendors in assigning and coordinating development, and in providing quality assurance. Proficient in structured written communication and can efficiently take notes, releasing minutes and setting agenda for meetings and tracking program delivery along with PMO and scrum lead
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
A Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or a minimum 2-4 years 3experience in agile based product management including how to write user stories, prioritization, running team ceremonies and managing backlog 4 - 6 years’ relevant experience in Coupa or similar source to pay platform management Certification in Coupa platform administration is good to have High level of proficiency using P2P, SIM, Coupa, MS PowerPoint, Alteryx, Tableau, analytics tools. Proficiency in speaking, writing, reading, and presenting in English to global stakeholders is required Experience working with Procurement/ Finance/ Accounts Payable or Source to pay Experience working with SAP (S/4 Hana) / Coupa/ other S2P applications is required. Knowledge about Integration with Cloud, integration platforms e.g. Mulesoft etc. is preferred Hands on experience in solutioning and configuring applications Must be open for flexible working as per business
