Global Product Offering Manager responsibilities include defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring products meet market needs and business goals.


Product Strategy and Planning:


Define product vision and strategy: Develop a clear and compelling vision for the product, aligning with Xerox's overall business goals.Conduct market research and analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.Develop product roadmaps: Create a roadmap outlining future product development plans and priorities.Identify and prioritize product requirements: Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market needs, customer feedback, and business objectives.Develop and maintain business proposals: Create compelling business cases for product investments, demonstrating the potential ROI and value proposition.


Product Lifecycle Management:


Manage the product lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, including product development, launch, and maintenance.Drive product development: Collaborate with engineering and development teams to ensure products are developed and delivered on time and within budget.Manage product launches: Collaborate with launch managers to plan and execute product launches, ensuring a smooth and successful introduction to the market.Monitor product performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.


Collaboration and Communication:


Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure products are developed and delivered effectively.Communicate effectively: Clearly and concisely communicate product strategy, plans, and updates to stakeholders.Gather and incorporate feedback: Actively solicit and incorporate feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.Build strong relationships: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies: Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.Establish pricing and positioning strategies: Provide guidance and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to establish effective pricing and positioning strategies.Identify and address product gaps: Identify and address product gaps and unmet customer needs.Stay informed about industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and competitive activities.
