The Global Project Management Lead oversees global project management strategy, pursuits, and execution, with a primary focus on North America, Mexico, and India. This role is part of the account leadership team and requires excellent communication abilities to lead account initiatives that drive value and successful project delivery. This position partners closely with our client to develop capital project management priorities, ensure appropriate resource allocation, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Projects ranging ~$100K to $50M.
Responsibilities:
Lead JLL's Global PDS team to deliver best-in-class project management services including Move/Add/ChangeCollaborate with client to grow the project pipeline through positive client experiences and proactive engagementActively build relationships with perspective customers along with managing conflict resolution when neededEstablish the project team as client businesses' go-to partner for real estate capital project needsProvide advisory services for project management teams and customersSupport client with Capital Plan development, Program Scope, and resource allocationFoster a high-performing team with the right people in each role, including JLL Variable Project ManagersEstablish and refine best practices and standards of excellenceAudit project performance and compliance with established processes and standardsStay updated on market trends and share best practices across team/clientsEnsure contract adherence and exceed client/performance expectations (KPIs)Oversee financial performance of PDS workstream and associated financial reportingImplement operational excellence initiatives for project managementCollaborate effectively with all businesses to improve service engagement and experienceDemonstrate and advance JLL and client cultureUse data analytics to inform decision-making and improve project delivery outcomesRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
10+ years of practical experience in real estate project management and constructionExceptional leadership and communication skillsAbility to influence and collaborate at all organizational levelsStrategic thinking with a focus on transformation and executionResilience, adaptability, and resourcefulnessExperience leading and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clientsStrong working knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling, and processes related to corporate real estateExperience working with landlords, developers, and institutional ownersHighly organized with strong analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management softwareMinimum Required Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management strongly preferred.This role requires up to 25% travel required, including globally when needed.
Estimated total compensation for this position:
175,000.00 – 230,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
