As a Global Projects Director here at Honeywell, you will be\nleading the KAS (Korea as source) business, with the goal to win new regional\nbusinesses for the country. Your strong guiding skills, strategic thinking, and\nability to work with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering\nsuccessful outcomes for Honeywell's global projects.
You will report directly to our Country General Manager and\nyou will work out of our Korea location on a On-site work schedule. In this\nrole, your impact is comprehensive, encompassing strategic alignment, project\nefficiency, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data\nthoughtfulness, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration,\nprocess improvement, risk management, strategic planning, and organizational\ngrowth. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution and\nenhancement of our KAS project, contributing to the organization's overall\nsuccess and performance-driven in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide and oversee project management activities
• Develop and implement project management strategies and\nbest practices
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and\nguidelines
• Manage project performance metrics and reporting
• Work with cross-functional teams globally to win new\nbusiness
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Set\ntargets and budget for projects
• Conduct project reviews and identify areas for improvement
• Guide and drive\nstrategic initiatives to enhance project management efficiency and\neffectiveness
YOU MUST HAVE
• 15+ years of experience in project management or related\nroles
• Prior experience in a guiding or director-level role
• Prior experience in a regional director-level role
• Strong guiding and people management skills
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at\nall levels
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
