We are looking for a Digital Transformation Apprentice to join our Interiors Global Digital Transformation Team.

Our Interiors activity is looking for a Global Purchasing Data Analyst Apprentice to be based in its Nanterre headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity for a student looking to develop their skills in data analytics within a global purchasing environment. As a Global Purchasing Data Analyst Apprentice, you will contribute to driving data-based decision-making across the purchasing function, supporting supplier performance analysis, cost optimization, and risk management through data insights.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities Mission, roles and responsibilities

1.    Data Collection and Management:
•    Assist in collecting, consolidating, and managing purchasing data from various internal systems and external sources.
•    Ensure the integrity and accuracy of purchasing data across multiple regions and business units.
•    Contribute to the maintenance and optimization of the purchasing data management system.
2.    Data Analysis and Reporting:
•    Perform data analysis on supplier performance, purchasing trends, and market conditions.
•    Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as cost savings, supplier risk, and purchasing efficiency.
•    Identify data-driven insights to support strategic purchasing decisions and process improvements.
3.    Support Global Purchasing Projects:
•    Collaborate with the Global Purchasing Team on cost reduction initiatives, supplier development, and risk management projects.
•    Assist in preparing analytical reports and presentations for senior management.
•    Provide support in project tracking and performance analysis for global purchasing initiatives.
4.    Market and Supplier Analysis:
•    Conduct market research to analyze trends and pricing fluctuations in raw materials and commodities.
•    Perform supplier performance analysis to assess quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
•    Identify and recommend opportunities for supplier optimization and risk mitigation based on data insights.
5.    Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
•    Work with cross-functional teams including finance, logistics, and operations to improve data accuracy and consistency across the purchasing function.
•    Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of purchasing processes.
•    Support the digitalization and automation of purchasing data workflows.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be :
•    Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business, or a related field.
•    Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
•    Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
•    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and visualize complex data sets.
•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
•    Interest in purchasing and supply chain processes within a global context.
