Responsibilities:

Electrification Systems level Quality process management, incl NC management, FMEA process dev., RCA process & competence development, supplier quality process developmentData Analytics approach for quality with needed process & tools evolutionDigital quality road-map ownerChange management & continuous improvement adapted to the evolving business needsDrive continuous improvement of quality processes & tools with lean mindset based on identified performance gaps and product & service evolutionProvide leadership, support, and technical guidance to the Electrification leadership team to assure quality process developmentWork collaboratively inside and outside GE to identify and leverage best practices to update quality strategy delivering on improvements of Grid Solutions competitive levelLeadership of HQ Quality team in line with GE leadership values

Qualifications Requirements:

Master's Degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or related fieldQuality leadership experience, with at least 7 years of which must be in a senior leadership position, with senior leadership experience in quality management in a projects and/or manufacturing and engineeringExperienced data analytics leader with knowledge of digital quality strategy and systems’ development
