In the frame of Sales Operation & Digital, this role is a global expert of the Quotation for Project’s business stream.
Mission
This role defines, improves and deploys the End to End vision of the quotation capability, focusing on project’s, with the objective to bring a premium experience to our customers and Partners and also to bring a competitive advantage to our Front & Middle office with the right Process, right organization and right solution.
Creating an effective Quotation capability is a top priority of SE Group as Quotation is key for our commercial performance and one of the top points to increase satisfaction of our customers and partner.
This initiative is exposed to countries and zone Executives of the group and directly followed by the Opscom.
Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together
· Support the enhancement and improvement of the Quotation Core Model incorporating the next business in scope, Projects, both for Energy Management and Process Automation.
· Projects Quotation Process Strategic Vision\:
1. Deep understanding of our customers and internal team projects quotation journeys and their pain points,
2. Enhance the standardized, lean and simplified quotation target process to be deployed globally, ensuring its efficiency,
3. Resolve conflicts on any process issues that involve cost/quality or other tradeoffs,
4. Find the optimal quotation interaction process with other processes and initiatives (Example\: Sales forecasting, Opportunity Tracking, quote specialist productivity management, front-end Customer experiences, Project’s execution, Finance, legal, etc.)
· Support building the Digital tools to support the project’s quotation capability\:
1. Work closely with Platform teams to define the right functionalities and business needs leveraging new digital technologies.
2. Identifies functional performance gaps and launches remedial initiatives accordingly.
· The Right Organization model,
1. Support the definition, improvement and harmonization of the right organization model for quotation.
· Support the countries/operations and the organizations in deploying the target core model during the piloting of the model.
