Global Radiopharmacy Site Planning Lead Designer
**Job Description Summary** As a GlobalRadio pharmacy - Site Planning Lead Designer, you will oversee and build designs for our TRACERcenter projects to ensure buildings and construction are designed according to combined principles for radiation safety and pharmaceutical production (GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice). As part of our TRACERcenter portfolio we are implementing a manufacturing chain at our customers to enable them to produce a radiotracer ready for PET diagnostic in patients. Our philosophy and design proposals as well as requirements are always represented in comprehensive drawings packages. Those are playing a very important role already in the very beginning of a sales project. We are looking for technical designer with good experiences and knowledge in AutoCAD and construction engineering, who is interested in joining a global team, which is market leader for enabling PET worldwide. **Job Description** GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator with over 100 years of healthcare industry experience and around 50,000 employees globally. We operate at the center of an ecosystem working toward precision health - digitizing healthcare, helping drive productivity and improving outcomes for patients, providers, health systems and researchers around the world. **Roles and Responsibilities** + Project Drawings execution: Efficient cooperation with Project Managers (local and global) and customers to ensure finding the right solution and resolving issues in a smooth and efficient way. + The new lead designer will have to first gain credibility among local RP communities by efficiently adhering to local requirements and contribute to local team success, and latter progressively drive the standardization we need. + Responsibility for preparation and maintenance of templates and blocks libraries. Drive better adherence to GE Healthcare standards. + Developing in-depth knowledge of TRACERcenter technology and principles by continuous attendance at various trainings to ensure actualization of knowledge. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, architecture, building construction or equivalent. + Extensive experience in site planning and AutoCAD (2-3 years). + Strong attention to details. Ability to resolve technical issues with little or no external support. + Ability to plan work and work with a high degree of autonomy. + Skilled to grow into individual specialist role. + Requires strong problem solving, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. + Fluent in English. **Desired Characteristics** + Proven team player with excellent communication / presentation and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interface and collaborate with customers and employees at all levels of the organization, as well as with customers. + Experience with training, explaining complex issues to peers and/or customers.
