Job Summary:

As an Associate within EUR Tenor Basis Trader, you'll play a key role in shaping our trading strategies and driving our success. We're looking for a candidate with strong background in trading EUR basis markets and be able to seamlessly integrate into our team and  contributing to our trading strategies and success.

Job responsibilities:

- Execute trades in EUR tenor basis markets with precision and efficiency
- Active engagement with client base to facilitate business
- Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize profitability and manage risk
- Monitor market trends and analyze data to make informed trading decisions
- Collaborate with other traders and team members to share insights and strategies
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
- Prepare regular reports on trading performance and market conditions

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- You have proven experience in trading EUR basis markets
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data
- You have excellent decision-making abilities under pressure
- You demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skill
- You have ability to adapt quickly and seamlessly fit into the team dynamic

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
