**Global Real Estate Data & Financial Analyst**
**About the role:**
A Real Estate Data & Finance Analyst supports a specific business and is responsible for Real Estate data analysis, maintenance and delivery of ad hoc reporting and analysis, required recurring reporting, or other data maintenance as expected by the Business. The Real Estate Data & Finance Analyst works closely with the Relationship Leader, the Financial Analyst and the Transaction Managers, or directly with the Business Unit Real Estate Leaders to establish the requirements, timing, and deliverable output or action associated with the Real Estate (& facilities) data.
Pivotal role to the global implementation and progress reporting of the Client’s Portfolio Strategy as per their roadmap, incl. Data governance / Data management processes such as Real estate (and potentially IFM) data integration, Real Estate operational reporting and dashboard maintenance.
**What You'll Do: **
+ Real Estate Data & Finance Analyst’s key responsibilities listed here are mutually agreed upon with the client and can vary. The responsibilities here are non-exhaustive and can be expanded upon by the business as mutually agreed:
+ Annual (and multi-year) real estate cost out planning
+ Ongoing on-initiative-level cost-out summary reporting
+ Support Rooftop Dashboard Leadership summary creation, maintenance, and enhancement
+ Deliver expedited or accelerated reporting
+ Develop or provide transactional-level global reporting or analysis
+ Develop, enhance, or customize reporting specific to a business’s need outside of the standard available reporting
+ Develop, enhance, or provide additional data cleaning activities
+ Other duties as assigned
**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 1 to 5 years of related experience
+ Structured approached to data & data management to enable effective reporting outputs
+ Previous Commercial Real Estate industry, Business Analytics and/or related experience is preferred but not required
+ Understanding of Real Estate Portfolio Strategy and Transaction processes
+ At least basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
+ Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
+ Experience servicing back-end requirements for database or, as a minimum, proven aptitude and interest
+ Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority
+ Analytics/financial or portfolio analysis experience is an advantage
+ Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
+ Pro-active solution mindset and problem solving
+ Ambitious and self - motivated
+ Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
+ Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks
+ Flexible approach to work
+ Proficiency in English
