Your role:

An exciting career opportunity has emerged for the role of a Global Regulatory Project Manager (m/w/divers) within the Regulatory Excellence & Efficiency group at Life Science business.

This position offers you the chance to leverage your profound project management expertise to solve complex challenges and orchestrate cross-functional collaborations in the most efficient manner. Your broad experience in different project management styles helps you to select the right method for the right problem, empowering you to oversee multiple projects, whether they involve design, improvement or implementation.

Your expertise in orchestrating virtual meetings and leading in-person workshops, along with your talent for navigating and networking within a diverse and global organization, is a powerful asset that sets you apart.

Your positive track record on effective workshop facilitation gives you the ability to lead Kaizen Burst Events independently.

Who you are

Doctoral degree (PhD) in Chemistry or Life Science preferredExperience as a project manager in the Life Science industryProject Management Professional PMP (PMI) or comparable certificationBlack Belt Lean&Six Sigma (L&SS)Green Belt Design for Six Sigma (DfSS)Expertise in Process OptimizationProven experience in leading Kaizen Burst eventsStrong networking and communication skillsAbility to manage change and navigate uncertainty effectivelyProficient in English second language is a plus
