Join us! **Job Description:** Responsible for directing the day-to-day finance activities involving regulatory reporting and accounting policy. Manages associates working with reporting requirements and guidelines of the SEC to maintain records and prepare required financial reports. Considered a working manager. In addition to supervisory / administrative duties, individuals are actively involved in the execution of processes. Assist management in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. **Line of Business Job Description** The US Global Regulatory Reporting Team (GRR) performs a vital role within the broader Global Financial Control organization and is responsible for the preparation, validation, review and submission of approximately 80 US Regulatory Reports across multiple entities including but not limited to BAC, BANA, BAC’s Non-Bank Subsidiaries and the US Broker Dealer. GRR is seeking a Product Delivery Lead to help drive GFC’s multi-year transformation effort focused on design and delivery of GRR’s strategic architecture, remediation of upstream data quality issues, in-line control automation and improving the accuracy of the Bank’s financial regulatory reports. **Responsibilities** + Drive delivery execution including Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, testing, project governance, monitoring/escalating risks and supporting operational readiness activities + Manage team of technical Business Analysts and Testing Analysts located in India responsible for functional design and performing UAT. + Ensure business requirements and design meet regulatory instructions and business process efficiency goals. + Work in close collaboration with key stake-holders at all levels of the organization to develop multi-year roadmap and prioritization of BoW. + Lead and drive Operational Excellence efforts more broadly across GRR to identify opportunities to reduce operational risk, simplify processes and drive operational efficiency leveraging process re-engineering and emerging technology tools (ie, Alteryx, Tableau). + Supports Financial Regulatory Reporting Transformation Executive in setting strategic direction for GRR, with a heavy focus on Target Operating Model, global consistency, organizational model and location strategy **Required Qualifications** + 5-7 years experience operating in a Business Analyst/PMO capacity driving transformational change within Finance + Strong working knowledge of Regulatory Reporting processes and controls + In depth knowledge of banking products and US GAAP accounting + Excellent communication and project management skills + Creative thinker, thinks outside the box and challenges status quo + Analytical mindset able to resolve complex issues + Strong communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) including tact, diplomacy and ability to influence senior executives + Integrity, maturity, dependability and positive professional attitude **Desired Qualifications** + Experience delivering change across multiple finance functions including, but not limited to, capital, liquidity and regulatory reporting + Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or accounting + Experience in a financial regulatory report production role is a plus **Skills:** + Data and Trend Analysis + Financial Accounting + Interpret Relevant Laws, Rules, and Regulations + Regulatory Compliance + Risk Management + Attention to Detail + Continuous Improvement + Financial Analysis + Project Management + Reporting + Analytical Thinking + Oral Communications + Regulatory Relations + Stakeholder Management + Written Communications **Shift:** 1st shift (United States of America) **Hours Per Week:** 40 Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
