You are:
An innovative forward thinker who acts with purposefulness and speed and is committed to championing new ideas, strategies and concepts to ensure projects reach a successful launch. You can help the company transform its reporting to state-of-the art, interactive, graphical and efficient presentations. 

You will:
•    Work with the Global Reporting & Analytics team in a fast paced and dynamic environment to design and build Anaplan models for financial and operations planning, working closely with our business units.
•    Design and program dashboards to support financial and operational reporting and predictive modelling.
•    Work with other organizations in the company to develop requirements and create reporting to provide better information and improve efficiencies.
•    Where necessary, create databases and update data domains required to meet reporting requirements.
•    Develop root cause analysis to recognize issues and develop process improvements.
•    Train members of the analytics team and others in the finance organization in how to use Anaplan and dashboarding tools, and write reference guides for internal publication.
•    Identify opportunities where improved planning, analytics and reporting tools will benefit the organization.
•    Learn new reporting tools as they become available in industry and the company.

Your background:

As a Global Reporting Data Analyst, you:
•    Have a degree in Information Systems, Information Science, Information Management, Engineering Management or Business Data Analytics (graduate level preferred)
•    Be proficient in PowerBI, SQL – database queries, Cognos Analytics and Snowflake / HANA 
•    Have experience with Anaplan model building and willingness to undertake comprehensive training.
•    Have significant experience with financial analysis and reporting, Oracle Performance Management and SAP
•    Advanced Excel and Access skills
•    Strong oral and written communication skills
•    High standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized; attention to detail is very important
•    Possess intellectual curiosity to learn current processes and identify areas for improvement
