The Role\: Global Rewards Administrator
This position supports the business in managing rewards and incentives requested by customers within assigned countries. The role is required to coordinate with key internal parties to ensure that customer request is handled in a timely manner for invoice, redemption management and other adhoc requests.
What will you do?
· Provide operational support to the intra-day activities of the team and especially on critical situations.
o Invoice and redemption management by our partners through Partner Portal.
o Follow revert transaction process for approved invoices that needs to be corrected.
o Creation and modification of SKU in bFO that are related to promotional campaign.
o Maintain and assist any rewards queries sent through rewards mailbox.
o Perform any adhoc request agreed with the region of support as needful.
· Perform root cause analysis and develop solutions/offer solution alternatives, best practices, and case as needed.
· Closely collaborate with teams and other backend support to address concerns, resolve issues in a timely manner.
