The Operations Technology Solutions – Supply Chain (OTS-SC) organization is seeking an experienced Risk Management Leader to oversee and mitigate risks within our global supply chain operations. This critical role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to identify, assess, and manage a broad range of risks—operational, financial, geopolitical, and regulatory—that impact supply chain efficiency and resilience. As the Supply Chain Risk Management Lead, you will be responsible for driving a proactive and holistic approach to supply chain risk management. This will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management framework to systematically identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the global supply network. You will oversee the execution of thorough supply chain risk assessments, leveraging advanced analytics and threat intelligence to detect and respond to potential disruptions. A key aspect of this role will be collaborating cross-functionally to design and execute risk mitigation strategies, including contingency planning and business continuity measures. You will also be tasked with cultivating a culture of risk awareness and resilience across the organization, developing and delivering targeted training programs for employees involved in supply chain activities.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain risk management framework to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to understand the organization's exposure and potential impact across the global supply chain
• Oversee the execution of supply chain risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential disruption points across the global supply network, including evaluating risks related to suppliers, logistics, transportation, and information systems
• Develop and maintain a robust risk management framework to prioritize and address the most critical supply chain threats, including defining key risk indicators, implementing monitoring systems, and establishing clear mitigation and response plans
• Cultivate a culture of risk awareness and resilience across the organization by developing and delivering training programs for employees involved in supply chain activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and execute risk mitigation strategies, including contingency planning and business continuity measures
• Partner with senior leadership to develop the strategic roadmap for supply chain risk management, aligning initiatives with the organization's overall business continuity and risk management objectives
• Provide executive-level reporting on the state of supply chain security, highlighting key risks, mitigation efforts, and strategic recommendations
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
