Responsibilities Configure and Maintain: Set up and customize Infor's S&OP tools to meet business needs.Testing: Develop and execute testing scenarios to ensure technical delivery.Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.Collaboration: Work with supply chain, operations, and IT teams for seamless software integration.Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve software functionality, performance, and integration issues.Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance and address potential issues.Training: Create and deliver training programs for end-users.Documentation: Maintain up-to-date system architecture and process documentation.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in Infor's S&OP tools and recommend optimizations.Travel: Travel up to 10% as needed. Qualifications

What will make you successful?

Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience with any S&OP, preferably Infor.Expertise: Strong understanding of S&OP processes and supply chain management.Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Independence: Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
