Responsibilities:
Reach out to a set of assigned applications and assist in online form filing, opening, and funding. Coordinate integration project for new B2B clients across multiple internal teams, including legal, operations, technology, and client services. Conduct onboarding demo sessions for clients once their account is opened and walk them through our platform and features. Regularly go through training regarding new features and updates on our trading system. Conduct periodic competitive research and market analysis on the financial and brokerage industry in India. Develop knowledge in terms of regulations and compliance for Indians trading internationally Assist me by preparing proposals and presentations for large institutional clients. Participate in client meetings/ seminars, both online and offline. Provide weekly reports to me regarding the tasks done throughout the week. Regularly follow up with existing clients to grow AUM and revenue. Try to get new business opportunities amongst HNIs, advisors, family offices, prop firms, and more. Coordinate with the pro serve and general support desk with any client escalations regarding unresolved ticketsEligibility Criteria
1 to 2 years of experience in finance preferred Knowledge regarding financial markets and asset classes Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong quantitative and analytical abilities to understand market dynamics and client needs.
