Your role and responsibilitiesABB Robotics Academy is responsible for creating, delivering and coordinating training for the Marketing & Sales and Service organization within Robotics globally. Our main training deliverables include: Sales & Service readiness Packages, Service Certification Programs, Job Role Learning Paths, Global CourseWare for our worldwide Training Centers and ABB Simstructions® for our Field service engineers.In the role of Global Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will join a self-driven and diverse team of highly skilled professionals where our climate is open and trusting. We offer you an exciting and international workplace, where you will be facing and taking responsibility for interesting and sometimes challenging tasks.This role reports to Sales Enablement & Training Manager.You will support in driving and leading our Sales Enablement tool within Robotics globally.Support the global Marketing & Sales organization with external and internal presentations.Plan, create and deliver our Sales Enablement deliverables together with the team and our Global Product Managers. Capture Training needs for different target groups and support in developing a training environment within Robotics.
Qualifications for the role\tTo be successful, you bring 5 years of experience in a similar role within the B2B industry. You are equipped with a BSc/BA in marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field. \tExperience in coordinating with different stakeholders, you are highly experienced in creating presentations in PowerPoint and have previously worked in an international environment.\tMust be creative thinking, innovative and proactive and able to leverage new tools while having the ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively\tYou are a fast learner, capable of translating complex technologies into clear, engaging content. You are proficient in office and creative programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint. Strong written and spoken communication skills are key to your success, and you are fluent in English. \tResult-oriented person with a creative mindset and good social skills.
