PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $43,888 – $48,300 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Manage and develop relationships with contracted reseller clients, focusing on ticket sales in international markets such as Canada and Germany, as well as the domestic and international youth and student group markets Oversee sales efforts for account categories, including the International Receptive and FIT markets, ensuring effective partnerships and integration of KSCVC into travel itineraries, packages, and programs Participate in trade shows, sales presentations, training sessions, familiarization tours, and site inspections, while creating follow-up proposals and agreements Ensure proper visibility in business-to-business clients printed and digital marketing materials, monitor competitive initiatives, and assist in the development of sales kits and marketing collateral Support marketing events and other projects as needed, collaborating with management to meet strategic goals and maintain high standards in promotional efforts More about you Bachelors degree in marketing, sales, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales related field Excellent written and oral communications skills required Must be proficient with standard office equipment as well as in word processing and spreadsheets Must be flexible in a rapidly changing environment and able to handle multiple projects Shift detailsDay shift
