Global Sales Vendor Enablement Manager
**Summary:** Meta's Small Business Group team is looking for a Global Sales Vendor Enablement Manager. The Small Business Sales team contributes directly to Meta’s mission by connecting every small business in the world with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, and then helping them grow through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and many other tools. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business. As one of two sales channels responsible for Meta’s multi-billion dollar advertising business, this team helps more than 99% of the 10 million+ advertisers, and 200 million+ businesses on the Meta platforms. The position is responsible for key sales delivery functions across our global Tier H Program including Go-To-Market coordination, frontline agent communications, customer perspective and sales innovation.You will have a proven track record of driving success in a highly cross-functional and matrixed environment, and will be adept at leading through influence and driving clarity in ambiguous situations and experience enabling diverse, international frontline sellers.At Meta, we are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workplace. Work effectively in a highly collaborative environment 2. Develop consistent strategies and functions essential to successful delivery 3. Equip Sales teams with knowledge, training and activation resources to enable them to be as effective as possible 4. Make data-informed decisions to drive performance, resource allocation and juggle competing priorities 5. Proactively share innovation and growth opportunities in relation to product, process, sales and efficiency drivers **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 6. 6+ years of experience of relevant experience in either sales, sales enablement, strategy, or outsourced sales—ideally in the tech industry 7. Experience in initiating and driving projects to completion 8. Knowledge of the advertising marketplace and ad products 9. Open, collaborative, with demonstrated experience of nurturing trusting relationships 10. Proven communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels - skilled at addressing both large and small audiences across multiple leadership levels and functions 11. Experience dealing with ambiguity and unstructured problems 12. Analytical and process management skills, with attention to detail and rigor, can-do approach, and desire to learn 13. Demonstrable prioritisation skills that facilitate the most effective & impact-orientated contributions to key strategic business objectives & customer growth **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 14.
