What You'll Do

As a Global Sector Coordinator within BCG’s MedTech sector (part of the Health Care Practice Area) you will execute and coordinate business operational support for sector tasks both regionally and globally. Working with the MedTech Sector Senior Manager and the Leadership Team for the Health Care Practice Area and the MedTech Sector, you will coordinate sector operational activities such as project management for key initiatives, meeting organization, marketing and communication efforts. You will also coordinate people affiliation and development activities as well as the organization and execution of internal sector meetings whilst acting as a point of contact for key MedTech stakeholders.

As a Global Sector Coordinator within BCG’s MedTech Sector, you will play a key role in driving operational activities and business success through several key responsibilities:

 

Project & Stakeholder Management

Act as a primary contact for select sector stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, timely responses, and managed expectationsProject-manage select MedTech initiatives, including coordinating meeting cadences, supporting initiative leads, and driving related activities such as affiliation initiatives and alumni engagement

Communications & Meeting Management

Support organization and select content development for internal sector meetings, ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesDrive the creation and distribution of sector communications, including regional newsletters, segment newsletters and other key updates

Team Development & Affiliation

Maintain and leverage accurate sector affiliation data in coordination with people strategy senior manager to help drive engagement, grow networks, and strengthen cohort involvementHelp plan and execute regional affiliation events and support global and regional meetings, managing invitations, agendas, logistics, and outcome tracking

Data Tracking, Budget Management & Insights

Collect, track, and compile data and manage budgets for internal funding applications and various other initiativesAnalyze and summarize insights from the data, providing actionable recommendations to sector leadership

Marketing:

Work with sector leadership and the marketing team on thoughtful planning and execution of select, priority “Seat at the Table” (SATT) strategy and conference marketing activities

Who You'll Work With

You will coordinate closely with the MedTech Sector Senior Manager, the MedTech Sector Lead and Leadership Team and the Health Care PA Management & Operations team, alongside sector and PA stakeholders both within the practice and across other practices.

Practice Area Management & Operations team members keep BCG’s industry and functional practice areas operating responsively and efficiently. As a member of this team, you will contribute directly to the success of our business through a number of roles, including content development, process management, marketing, meeting and conference management, and internal/external communications.
