Job Skills / Requirements

Sunstates Security is hiring a Global Operations Coordinator to oversee GSOC operations for a prestigious client in Raleigh, NC. This role supports three global security operation centers globally and is responsible for developing and enforcing operational standards and mentoring regional team leaders. 

This position offers a salary range of $65,000 - $73,000 and a full industry-leading benefits package.

  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
This role entails providing operational oversight and guidance to the global team, emphasizing the effective delivery of GSOC duties. Advanced skills are essential for this critical role.

Operations Management:

Provide operational direction and hands-on guidance to Lead Analysts and other team members to manage all activities and emerging issues that occur, including physical security, safety, and business continuity events.Respond to escalations and provide direct assistance/communications to stakeholders, including field-based security specialists, site security facilitators, and facilities managers as required.Utilize professional judgment to assess immediate risks to the safety and security of customers; provide timely communications to customers about those risks when needed.Provide oversight of crisis management functions in response to breaking events and work with regional crisis leads for incident escalation and handover.Provide exemplary customer service to the client and those requiring GSOC support or services; assist subordinates to reach a similar level of customer service-related excellence.Escalate issues as required to more senior-level management and/or client.Monitor and track metrics and key performance indicators for biweekly and quarterly reviews.
Personnel Management:

Serve as line manager to Lead Analysts and skip-level manager to their subordinates. Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and alignment of responsibilities.Provide direct support and engagement to help subordinates reach their performance potential within assigned roles and meet broader professional development goals.Manage performance- or behavior-related staff concerns and issues in accordance with company policies.
Additional Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily activities of three (3) ISAAC operation centers.Serve as a point of escalation for any customer service issues related to the ISAAC operations.Develop and maintain processes and procedures for efficient ISAAC operations.Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding and recurring training programs.Maintain and expand the audit and metrics programs.Liaise with internal teams to develop, expand and integrate services that support key business functions. Review and analyze the team's output for quality and control.Maintain knowledge of security systems and of regulatory requirements for operating a security operations center.Develop and maintain best practices for security operations centers.Provide oversight and feedback to vendors to mitigate failures and improve performance with internal teams any ISAAC systems upgrades and repairs.Become an SME for ISAAC tools and technology. Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required Associate or Bachelor degree is highly preferredAbility to possess and maintain any/all licenses, certifications, and certificates required by law.Must possess a minimum 2 or more years of successful management  experience in a security command center setting, or similar environment.Prior experience with access control software.Prior experience with threat intelligence tracking software skills.Ability to quickly understand and apply software manipulation and business logic.Ability to navigate and interface with other technology support organizationsApplicants need to undergo an extensive background check.
