Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Systems Manager to lead our security technology initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems to ensure the safety and security of our facilities and personnel. You will oversee a team of technicians, troubleshoot existing systems, and explore new technologies to enhance our security capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of security technicians to ensure efficient and effective operation of security systems.System Oversight: Manage and maintain all security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability.Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly; perform routine inspections and maintenance to minimize downtime.Project Management: Oversee security system installation and upgrade projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Technology Evaluation: Research and assess emerging security technologies to enhance existing systems and improve overall security posture.Resource Optimization: Analyze resource allocation and workflow processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs while maintaining high security standards.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure security protocols align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on system performance, incidents, and project status to senior management.Training & Development: Develop training programs for staff to ensure proficiency in security systems and awareness of best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in security systems management, preferably in a corporate or large-scale environment.Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems.Proven experience in project management and team leadership.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Familiarity with emerging security technologies and industry trends.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, or similar) are a plus.Excited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
