PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Owens Corning is seeking a Global Security Technology Manager to manage and support the Security Technology Program, Physical Security Infrastructure, and Global Security Systems. This role will be responsible for the effective maintenance and management of security infrastructure and systems. They will also help drive the implementation of a long-term strategy for all Security Technology through analysis of needs, and implementation of solutions that protect OC’s people, facilities, assets, and reputation. This position will collaborate with resources across the enterprise and around the globe.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the effective maintenance and support of Global Security Systems (access control, video, visitor management, and others).
Conduct health checks on headend systems and devices Respond in a timely manner to security technology issues reported by OC facilities and work with speed to resolve issues. Triage of issues reported by Owens Corning employees. Provide system refresher training to end-users on a quarterly basis. Provide support to integrator service and install teams. Track and follow-up on service calls by security integrators. Assist with creation and implementation of access control reports. Ensure maintenance and update of all centralized security technology systems.
In partnership with the broader Global Security team, assist in implementation of a strategic long-range strategy for global security technology and physical security implementation.
Assist with implementation of security technology platforms including but not limited to: access control systems, visitor management platforms, video surveillance technology, and advanced detection systems. Support the Global Security Technology Senior Manager in physical security and security technology project implementations. Promote standardization in the security technology utilized across the enterprise. Maintain awareness and evaluation of industry leading technology. Ensure physical security standards at OC facilities meet minimum requirements Liaise with OC Cybersecurity and GIS personnel. As needed, contribute to the execution of Capital Projects across the Owens Corning global enterprise to including project scoping, integrator oversight, quality control, and project closeout.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in security, computer technology, or related field. 5 years of related work experience. Additional years of experience and professional certification will be acceptable in lieu of degree.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years corporate security experience in a multinational enterprise. Operating knowledge of common security systems Professional certifications such as ASIS Physical Security Professional (PSP), or Certified Security Systems Integrator (CSSI) preferred. Military, Federal or Local Law Enforcement combined with at least 5 years corporate experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communications. Proven track record of implementation, administration, and support of technical security systems such as: Access Control Systems. (ProWatch or others) Visitor Management Platforms (Envoy or others) Video Surveillance Platforms (Salient, Avigilon or others) Understanding of cybersecurity requirements, particularly as they relate to physical security systems and devices. High level of Information Technology competency. Ability to administer and work with Global Security Systems such as: Traveler Tracking Enterprise-wide emergency and crisis notification systems. Ability to navigate between strategic thinking and tactical solutions. Ability to be successful in a global environment across different cultures and languages. Ability to communicate effectively in a high performing executive environment. Ability to travel domestically approximately 25-30%. Some international travel may be required.#LI-SN1
