We are hiring a senior manager in our global insights team particularly focusing on brand excellence and communications to be either in London or Billund. Please note there will be no relocation for this role. Come join us! **Core Responsibilities** The successful candidate will lead all the communication and content consumer research journeys for the LEGO masterbrand end to end from early stage discovery, quantitative validation to post launch analysis. Be a thought leader in impactful brand communication and content. Inspire, challenge, and drive transformational opportunities. Innovate and pilot new methods to enhance LEGO brand storytelling. In addition, you will: + Bring external expertise to enhance communication and content insights through media and audience research. + Work in an agile squad, working closely with the Business Partner Insights, Brand Strategic Insights, Culture, D&I and Data Platforms team to land comprehensive, impactful, progressive and forward thinking recommendations + Track and measure success metrics and progression, post campaign evaluations to improve our comms campaigns in future + Establish and identify external partners for collaboration, use and extend existing key partnerships to enhance masterbrand communication and content in collaboration with GI Comms Research lead + Work as a true partner (agile, flexible, mature, willing to challenge) with Global Insights Business Partners and internal partners to define insights and research needs that are in line with and further supports the overall communication strategy + Work closely with GI Communications Lead and help to use the communications expertise across the organisation and be an active member of Brand and Audiences Centre of Excellence research team to bring takeaways on branded communication + Be a change agent together with the rest of Global Insights as we succeed together in building a world-class insights' engine for the company **Play Your Part in Our Team’s Success** Global Insights is the LEGO Group’s central insights' engine, driving research across concept, content, product & marketing innovation, go-to-market strategies, and brand performance tracking. This Senior Manager role sits within the Centre of Excellence, performing research projects that drive insights-led decision-making and innovation. While this role does not include formal people leadership, it plays an essential role in shaping the LEGO group’s brand communication through research excellence. **Do You Have What It Takes?** With a strong background in research, consultancy, or insights management, you are a strategic problem solver who translates insights into business impact. You thrive in a collaborative, global environment, working across teams, cultures, and time zones, with 20-40 days of travel expected. Your business acumen allows you to bridge insights with strategy, designing audience-led research approaches. You think holistically, communicate effectively in English, and confidently present insights. You lead with empathy, embrace a We Win mentality, and bring a playful, innovative approach to your work. **Nice to Have** You take initiative, recognize opportunities, and act on them. You are adaptable, comfortable with agile ways of working, and able to navigate shifting business priorities. Experience in the toys, games, or kids' industry is a plus but not required.
