This role offers the thrilling opportunity to shape the global learning landscape for our employees and influence the Learning Culture at Boehringer Ingelheim. **Tasks & responsibilities** + You will define, review, and update the global strategy and governance for digital learning content and learning technology within Boehringer UNIVERSITY. + You will manage cutting-edge learning technologies, including a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and a Learning Management System (LMS), in close partnership with our IT and Global Business Services teams. + Your responsibilities include overseeing the digital learning content resources available to all Boehringer employees, such as LinkedIn Learning and getAbstract. + You will drive engagement and maximize the impact of these learning resources. + Additionally, you will continuously monitor the effectiveness and evolution of digital learning content and technology through data analysis. + You will collaborate with the entire Boehringer UNIVERSITY team to lead cross-functional global projects. **Requirements** + Master’s degree or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience + Extensive experience in learning technology in an expert role within an international corporation (preferably with SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Degreed LXP) + Strong understanding of Learning Technology market trends + Proven track record of leading global, cross-functional projects + Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across functions + Independent, efficient, and results-oriented work style, coupled with a strategic, analytical, agile, and target-driven mindset + Fluency in English and German **Ready to contact us? ** If you have any questions about the job posting or process - please contact our HR Direct Team, Tel: +49 (0) 6132 77-3330 or via mail: hr.de@boehringer-ingelheim.com **Recruitment process:** Step 1: Online application - application deadline is Feburary 8th, 2025.
