Global Service Business Process Manager

 

  Key responsibilities

Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders across global and cluster organizations to evaluate and enhance business processes within Global Service.

Conduct ongoing analyses of business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.

Lead the implementation of business process improvement initiatives and the design of new processes. This includes defining, designing, executing, monitoring, and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and agility.

Implement new service management & IT tools and corresponding processes to support service growth strategy and efficiency. Ensure successful rollout and user training in collaboration with internal and external IT partners. 

Act as a single point of contact (SPoC) for SIG Global Service (cluster and global) to SIG-IT and external service providers during cross-functional projects, ensuring service requirements are consistently addressed.

Define the SAP standards for the SAP modules used in SIG service (such as functional location, equipment master data, etc).

Drive excellence amongst the organization by increased utilization of tool landscape provided.

Define and monitor the right KPI’s, incorporate feedback and provide regular progress reporting.

Review, revise, and update existing procedures and policies to ensure continued alignment with business needs.

Maintain strong relationships with external partners, SIG-IT, Cluster Service stakeholders, and all other departments to support effective collaboration and project execution.

Responsible for the service IT tools, ensuring they are continually aligned with evolving market requirements.

 

  You bring these skills, experience & education

Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or in a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management, preferably within a related industry.

Proven proficiency in service business management tools, such as SAP FSM, ServiceMax, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.

Strong collaboration, and communication skills with a track record of effective cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
