KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Global Services FP&A Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for: + Financial Planning & Analysis support for forecast and actuals cycles (variance explanations, financial reporting and closing processes, headcount tracking) for a specific function + Lead the preparation of presentation materials for forecast updates and quarterly results packages to business partners + Ensure consistency in approach across all APAC sites (Manila, Suzhou, LGS) in close partnership with APAC Global Functions FP&A team + Administer financial policies and control procedures, and monitor the implementation of sound internal controls + Other closing and reporting activities for GS Manila + Ad hoc global and regional initiatives **Qualifications** QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred REQUIRED: + At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience + Excellent oral, written and communication skills and fluent in English + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions) + Willing to work on hybrid set-up PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES: + Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization + Strong communications, framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills + Highly motivated individual with strong forward thinking analytical skills, creating problem-solving track-record, dealing with ambiguity, and intellectual curiosity + Innovates and effects continuous improvement, challenges status quo, and has a strong interest in automation + Successful experience of working with virtual teams PREFERRED: + Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable + Professional certification of ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA preferred Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
