We have 3 positions at location East Coast , West Coast & Bay Area .
Need experience in Alliance partnership and not core Sales.
As one of Salesforce.com (SFDC) most strategic and long-standing partners, we are looking for an
experienced Alliance professional to continue to manage, expand and differentiate our partnership with
SFDC. The successful candidate will be tasked in engaging and forging new go-to-market (GTM) models
and sell-with opportunities with SFDC, and to support the Client sales team in closing more business
into the SFDC install base.
This role will be based in the Bay Area and will involve travel, both nationally and international. The
position will report to the Global SVP SFDC Sales.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Develop an overall vision, strategy, and execution plan for the SFDC Alliance
Build and execute the right strategic alignment between Client and SFDC, including driving
go-to-market programs, solution development, field enablement and technical alignment across
multiple organizations
Create significant and impactful relationships with key SFDC professionals at all levels
Drive field-level engagement and support relationships between Client and SFDC sales
teams through both scalable/programmatic and targeted/grass roots activities
Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute against lead generation and opportunity
influence plans
Establish and track key partnership success metrics
Forecast and report on a regular cadence all SFDC-involved deals
Your Background
The Global SFDC Alliance AVP should be an energetic, decisive and experienced professional
with a high-energy approach. The candidate will leverage existing business relationships to drive
growth and will constantly look for opportunities to position Client for success
10 or more years in a partnering-related role, including experience with enterprise SaaS
solutions. A strong SFDC network is a major plus
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with partners,
customers, and internal cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing & Delivery
Comfortable with building strong relationships at all levels of the partner organization
Proven ability to generate revenue through alliance partnerships
Ability to lead development of joint value proposition along with GTM strategies for partners
A structured thinker with superior writing, presentation, and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, determine project urgency and execute detailed action plans
A true self-starter who can quickly assess business requirements and become a trusted and
integral part of the Client team.
Creative, flexible, and innovative team player with an upbeat and assertive personality
Highest level of personal and professional ethics and integrity
Team leadership capabilities via direct and indirect reporting lines
Strong business acumen and negotiation abilities
BA/BS in Business or Computer Science, MBA preferred
