Global Shop Logistic Support Internship | starting date: October 2024 | 6 months | Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for an Intern who will join our Global Shop Logistic Support Team.

As Internal Shop Logistic Support, you will:  

Monitoring of EDI Purchase and Return flow performance to guarantee company sales and cashback flow  Manage and analyze EDI Business errors and drive ticket resolution to provide to our shops and customers a very high-quality service.  Collaborate with suppliers to assure flowless communication and prompt problem solving.  Monitor Supplier delivery and service performances to guarantee the agreed lead times and service level to our network.   Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met, building and monitoring reports  

 

You are the right person if you: 

Hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics or similar   Have an advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint   Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams    Have good analytical skills and data analysis skills   Have flexibility, positive and proactive approach, ability to question conventional wisdom.
