+ Responsibilities **.** Responsible for designing the essential components of ADP’s Global Payroll products, solutions, and services for our MNC clients. Drive innovation, best practices, and achievement of strategic objectives to build the Global Solution Designer (GSD) brand. Support methodology and business process improvement initiatives within the Global Integration Center while advocating solutions based on ADP's best practices to maximize client value and maintain global payroll. Serve as a client advocate to close solution gaps and provide feedback on the products, templates, tools, and processes based on client interactions. Improve GSD processes and templates in collaboration with the Methodology & Knowledge Management team and maintain knowledge of the products, templates, tools, and processes to guide best practice solution design. Act as an owner of global design and monitor local design decisions for impact on a global solution and the overall efficacy of the solution. Assist in leading global design workshops with clients to gather information on the requirements and global solution design. Ensure the appropriate delivery of global designs, including blueprints, configuration worksheets, client-specific configuration documentation, and training material. Implement lifecycle, including design, testing strategy and execution, and go-live, will benefit our implementation projects. Inform the senior management team of potential client escalations, scope variations, task slippages, and risks that may arise during the program.
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:**
+ **Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies.** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience.
+ **Work Experience.** Two (2) years of experience must include: SAP Human Capital Management; SuccessFactors Employee Central; SAP US Payroll and benefit Implementation; Preparing functional specifications and change control requests, including design and configuration details; Working with payroll systems and regulations in EMEA, LATM and APAC; Delivering client communications and ticket management/resolution via CRM; SAP Cloud Platform Integration; GlobalView payroll system; Design and configuration of complex solutions; Utilizing Workday environment.
