ProAmpac, a leading global flexible packaging company, is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Global Sourcing summer intern to join our team. This opportunity will provide hands-on experience working with our Global Sourcing team to enhance and develop our sourcing-related systems and improve data efficiency and document control. As Global Sourcing intern, you will work closely with the team on cross-functional data analysis to help build and maintain an efficient and sustainable supply-chain on a global scale.

Responsibilities: 

Enhance or develop sourcing related data systems to improve data stream efficiency and document control. Help create, organize, and maintain data reports and systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Collaborate with global teams to streamline sourcing workflows and improve cross-functional communication. Provide support for ad-hoc projects related to sourcing, data management, and process improvements. Communicate with internal and external functions to support sourcing processes. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects as assigned.

Requirements: 

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, majoring in Supply Chain Management or related field. Strong proficiency in Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess processes and propose efficient solutions. Self-motivated and willing to actively seek guidance or information needed to complete projects. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
