Global Sourcing Resiliency Leader
We have an opportunity for a Global Sourcing Resiliency Leader to join us at Honeywell, in Prague, where you will play a critical role in driving the procurement strategy and initiatives to strengthen our supply chain, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will work and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and establish strong supplier relationships. Your expertise in strategic sourcing and supply chain management will be instrumental in driving business growth and competitiveness.
Main responsibilities:
· Deploy lean supply chain management techniques; support best practice to maximize agility in the supply chain and support the make-to-order manufacturing operation.
· Develop and implement the BMS Global Resiliency Plan
· Collaborate with commodity teams, strategies, and sourcing processes to enhance performance align supplier strategy with Global Commodity strategies.
· Support periodic product lifecycle reviews to ensure optimization of product portfolio, component and supply base
· Work with Engineering and Integrated Supply Chain to approve alternative suppliers and parts and identify component and value engineering opportunities
· Working with Corporate resiliency team to create Supplier Resilience assessment
· Define, document and continuously improve Sourcing resiliency processes.
· Team development through effective mentoring and coaching
· Comply with approved Campus/Honeywell sourcing policies and procedures.
