A career booster opportunity for a Sr. Manager HR to lead and partner our\nsuccess for the HPS Biz Operations function based out of Houston TX. In this\nexciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your\nextensive experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and\nsupport the HPS leadership team. 

An experienced HR leader who develops and own HR strategy for the business\nencompassing multiple geographies. You will partner closely with Global leaders\nof Biz Ops to develop HR strategy to fuel the business growth as well as\nfocusing towards building business capabilities to pivot towards growth &\nproductivity. The HR Leader will actively engage in and lead Business\ntransformation, organization effectiveness and productivity improvement\nmeasures for business agility, organizational development & talent\nmanagement. 

You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectiveness\nto align critical human resources principles with business objectives. You will\nalign organizational transformations and staffing strategies to promote talent\nand growth. Your focus will be to help the business to become a customer\ncentric organization and achieve its strategic growth objectives through\nresource realignment and top grading the talent. Working cohesively with\nRegional HR Leaders, you will lead strategizing & executing key business\nimperatives for the client group.

You will be responsible to Increase the overall performance of the\norganization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups by:
- Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by\nrecruiting, developing and retaining top talent 
- Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources\norganization
- Partner with senior business & functional leaders to continually drive\nthe effectiveness of the business through developing organization design and\nleadership changes as appropriate to ensure maximum business success 
- Ensure an ongoing and proactive focus on driving change within the business,\nlinking change management needs, communications, tools and processes with\noverall business cultural and change direction, in order that the business\nculture and mindset evolves as required to ensure success 
- Assess the current org. and partner with stakeholders to create a strategy\nand vision around the development of future state process flows, to identify\nneeded organizational and workflow changes
- Lead key transition & integration projects in partnership with global and\nlocal stakeholders
Own and drive talent strategy for HPS Biz Operations towards building talent\ncapabilities, strengthening succession, diversity and inclusion.You Must Have:
- 8 years progressive professional Human Resources\nexperience with exposure at global level handling stakeholders at multiple\nlevels and cross geography in a projects business.

We Value 
Bachelor's degree required with emphasis in Business, HR, Employment Relations\nor Organizational Development or related discipline.
Extensive HR Business partnership HR experience including strong HR functional\nexpertise and track record of implementing large scale change projects
Demonstrated ability in setting strategy, driving performance, consistently\nproducing superior results, cultivating ownership while enforcing company\npolicies and applicable law.
Strong communicator with the ability to artfully influence, persuade and drive\naction. A collaborative management style
Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally with senior levels in the\norganization
Comfortable as a \"hands-on\" and willing to roll up your sleeves to\nget things done
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgement
Honesty, integrity, and trust building behaviors in all dealings is essential\nand required
Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when\nestablishing priorities for the organization
