Job DescriptionYou drive decision processes to align on communication & touchpoint concepts according to the Marketing concepts and overarching brand strategy.Taking ownership of concept development, you ensure strategies qualify in research and achieve the respective KPIs.You develop, drive and steer engaging Brand Communication Concepts across various touchpoints (on-& offline) to promote overarching cross-PA (/cross-BU) marketing concepts based on brand positioning and brand identity.Ensuring a smooth and effective launch process, you take responsibility for user qualification of communication concepts.You develop On-& Offline touchpoint communication concepts.QualificationsEducation: Completed studies in marketing or business administration or comparable qualificationExperience and know-how: Several years of experience in communication, brand development and concept development including up to date touchpoint relevance (holistic communication); proven expertise to translate data into actionable insights.Personality and working style: Convicing personality with a high enthusiasm. Self-responsible, lateral leadership and self-organized. Persuasive communication on different hierarchical levels and stakeholder management.
