Position Responsibilities:
Conduct research and analysis to support strategic projects, generating valuable insights.
Present information on industry trends, market positioning, and competitive research to aid strategic decision-making.
Collaborate across business lines and geographies to ensure strategic objectives are met, presenting results and recommendations clearly.
Mobilize resources for corporate strategy projects, tracking and reporting implementation progress.
Implement a strategic planning framework that engages leaders in effective dialogues and decision-making.
Provide market and competitive intelligence to keep the team informed of external developments.
Develop and report on global strategies impacting the Operations function, delivering actionable insights to achieve strategic goals.
Analyze diverse data sources to provide meaningful, measurable, and actionable insights, fostering a strong understanding of the broader business context.
Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it concisely, comfortable with quantitative and financial analyses.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities to articulate concepts and objectives clearly in diverse environments.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, building strategic partnerships and engaging key stakeholders effectively.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within tight timelines.
Good business acumen with an understanding of and interest in corporate strategy development and execution.
Prior industry or consulting experience is preferred.
