Global Strategy Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven ‘Activation Specialist’ to ensure that every new deal we close is seamlessly activated, operationalized, and ready to deliver value. In this role, your focus will be on activating key pricing programs, deals, and loyalty initiatives ensuring our accounts and deals are set up for long-term success right from the start. You’ll work at the critical handoff point between Sales, Sales Strategy, and Loyalty to manage internal workflows, documentation, and stakeholder coordination for smooth post-agreement transitions. You’ll play a key role in optimizing the deal activation journey, accelerating revenue delivery, and ensuring loyalty initiatives are activated efficiently and accurately. **Your day to day** + Support the post-deal process from signed contract to internal launch and activation. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Loyalty, and Operations) to ensure all operational steps are complete and accurate. + Manage internal systems and tools to track activation statuses and update workflows. + Monitor deal readiness and activation timelines, identifying bottlenecks and proposing process improvements. + Monitor client activity and engagement to identify friction points and proactively offer solutions. + Support reporting on deal activation metrics and performance trends. + Review intake forms, and support delivery and implementation of targeted loyalty account initiatives and collateral. **What we need from you** + Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills for the purpose of conveying information to internal and external stakeholders, along with developing information via written reports and presentations. + Strong attention to detail and a knack for spotting errors or inconsistencies. + Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and projects with follow-through and ability to complete multiple ongoing projects on time. + Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in order to maintain accuracy in delivery and implementation. + Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills (if you feel that additional bullet is needed). **Location** – Atlanta, GA; Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. **The salary range for this role is $46,226.00 to $70,000.00** .
