Job Description

This position plays a crucial role in optimizing our strategic supplier relationships and enhancing overall supply efficiency.

Analyze current supplier performance metrics and identify areas for improvementDevelop and implement strategies to enhance supplier efficiency and reduce costsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supplier-related processesCreate and maintain performance scorecards for suppliers in scopeLead projects focused on improving supplier efficiency and effectivenessConduct regular supplier efficiency-, sustainability- as well as supplier performance- and technical compliance audits to provide actionable feedbackIdentify and mitigate potential risks in the supply baseStay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in supplier managementPresent findings and recommendations to managementTrain and mentor team members on supplier efficiency methodologies

QualificationsAcademic degree (Ph. D./Diploma/Master, Bachelor) in technical field or minimum 5 years expirience in Quality, R&D, Process, Purchasing5 years+ of professional experience in Automotive or Industry (R&D/Quality/Process Development) with international background, preferred advanced knowlege about supplier production processes ISO19011 / 45001 / 14001 /  VDA 6.3 Proven track record of implementing efficiency improvements in supplier managementProficient Skills in data analysis and interpretationAdvanced MS Office skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Expertise in process improvement methodologies Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teamsIn-depth understanding of global supply chain dynamics and supplier performance metricsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsFluent in Mandarin Chinese and EnglishWillingness to travel international up to 40%
