Job Overview: Hologic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Director, Global Supply Chain to partner with senior leaders across our global supply chain organization. This individual will deliver forecasting, financial reporting, strategic planning, and critical business analysis to drive measurable value for the company. As a strategic thought partner, the Finance Director will advise and influence business decisions by providing key financial insights and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead month-end reporting, analysis, and preparation of global supply chain management reporting, including commentary to senior leadership. Collaborate with direct and indirect reports to complete the annual standard cost update, guiding manufacturing sites on cost savings targets. Oversee and guide supply chain finance teams in the annual cost roll process, ensuring accuracy of standard cost updates and corresponding inventory revaluation. Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in collaboration with direct reports and business partners to set performance expectations for the global supply chain. Lead communication and alignment across the global supply chain finance organization on expectations and deliverables for annual planning and budgeting processes. Prepare executive-level presentations with analyses, reporting, and insightful business commentary. Partner with the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory to deliver on financial commitments for strategic business cases. Leverage business systems and processes to solve business issues and increase automation to improve management reports. Assist with identifying and implementing budgeting, forecasting, and analytical software tools. Provide financial modeling, analysis, and support for M&A targets and recent acquisitions. Foster a culture of engagement and connection to the global business. Coach and mentor finance staff, ensuring strong development plans and career growth opportunities.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. 12+ years of industry experience in corporate accounting/finance or public accounting roles with strong leadership and analytical skills. 5+ years of experience managing small teams. Proven ability to establish credible and trusting relationships with business partners and staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action. Excellent influencing and communication skills across all levels of the organization. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office products and experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred). Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles, with cost accounting experience a plus.Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in finance or accounting. Experience with BI systems, such as Hyperion / Essbase, QlikSense, and PowerBI.Benefits:

Total Compensation Range: 145,500-258,600 with an annual bonus scheme.
