This role is an integral part of the TAPI Global Supply Chain Center of excellence with main areas of responsibility:
Manage planning excellence optimization activities, Project management (Lead time analysis, Cycle time management. MRP modules implementation, Capacity routing), KPI management and support S&OP, AOP and LBE processes.
Your experience and qualifications Holds Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain / Industrial engineering or other related discipline Minimum 10 years of experience in cross-functional/global scenarios in the areas of Supply Chain Planning (preferred) or Manufacturing Operations - MUST APICS Certified / Trained in CPIM and/or CSCP – is an advantage Pharmaceutical or Chemical sector experience - Desirable Very Strong Project Management Skills – MUST Strong knowledge and experience in ERP systems, BI systems and Data analysis – MUST Strong people communications skills- MUST Demonstrated experience working globally, with different cultures Stakeholder management: experience in engaging non-direct-report stakeholders High self-learning curve and capabilities. Adopt to frequent changes. Self-motivated, full accountability and dedication. Displays confidence; can defend own perspective and support it with data Detail oriented analytical and Problem-Solving skills Open mind and creative solution to challenge existing methods. Willingness to travel to support global activities in GSC if and when required
