Our employees are at the core of our success, Join us on our journey of growth! **The opportunity** This role is an integral part of the TAPI Global Supply Chain Center of excellence with main areas of responsibility: Manage planning excellence optimization activities, Project management (Lead time analysis, Cycle time management. MRP modules implementation, Capacity routing), KPI management and support S&OP, AOP and LBE processes. **How you’ll spend your day** + Process Design & Continuous Improvement: Provide SC best practices and collaborate with Global and local supply chain leaders to define future state best practices to support ‘at site’ and the connection with ‘above site’ planning processes + Lead implementation of new planning system in TAPI sites. + Manage Capacity planning analysis of all TAPi sites- + Lead KPI performance metrics, include design in BI systems. + Be the GSC focal point for systems and Finance. + Support S&OP process on monthly basis- + Support AOP & LBE processes + Develop and optimize planning processes and methodologies aligned with GSC strategy. **Your experience and qualifications** + Holds Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain / Industrial engineering or other related discipline + Minimum 10 years of experience in cross-functional/global scenarios in the areas of Supply Chain Planning (preferred) or Manufacturing Operations - MUST + APICS Certified / Trained in CPIM and/or CSCP – is an advantage + Pharmaceutical or Chemical sector experience - Desirable + Very Strong Project Management Skills – MUST + Strong knowledge and experience in ERP systems, BI systems and Data analysis – MUST + Strong people communications skills- MUST + Demonstrated experience working globally, with different cultures + Stakeholder management: experience in engaging non-direct-report stakeholders + High self-learning curve and capabilities.
