Mölnlycke is now looking for a Global Supply Network Manager.
As a Global Supply Network Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our supply plan for ORS is balanced and aligned with our global principles. This vital role not only focuses on maximizing product availability and customer service but also on achieving profitable growth through efficient asset utilization across our entire network.
What You’ll Do :
Lead the end-to-end Global Master Plan for ORS, including proactive risk management and response strategies for supply issues. Drive alignment between Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to synchronize supply and demand effectively. Participate actively in the Monthly Business Management (MBM) cycle and influence the global demand and supply review processes. Enhance demand planning quality through demand control systematic rules and guidance. Maintain the integrity of master and transactional data across the network. Champion global inventory health and drive operational cost reductions. Act as a key decision-maker in setting SAP/Maestro parameters and managing supply chain dynamics end-to-end.What You’ll Get:

What You’ll Need:
A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (12+ years in lieu of a degree). At least 7 years of experience in supply chain planning, with a deep understanding of various planning processes such as Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, and Inventory Planning. Proficiency in SAP, Maestro, Power BI, and familiarity with AI tools is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and fluency in English. The ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment.
